The Foundation Specialists in Louisville, KY is hiring a Construction Laborer to join our mission-driven team. You will load materials, assist with foundation and crawlspace solutions, and ensure job sites are safe and efficient.

We offer extensive paid training and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with 4% match. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour, with earning potential between $50,000 and $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to travel for jobs as needed.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift, climb, crawl, and kneel.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
