Total Tennis, Inc. is seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in constructing, resurfacing, and maintaining tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, along with other athletic surfaces. The position involves outdoor, hands-on work in various weather conditions, ensuring projects meet high standards of quality.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical activity and are eager to learn valuable trade skills within a growing company offering career advancement opportunities.

At Total Tennis, Inc., we specialize in high-quality tennis and pickleball court construction and surfacing. Our projects range from private residences and sports clubs to large-scale commercial and government contracts. We are committed to craftsmanship, innovation, and excellence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Foreman with court construction and resurfacing
• Prepare courts with measuring, marking, and taping
• Recondition and maintain sports surfaces
• Mix and apply cement, paint, and other materials
• Operate pressure washers and construction equipment
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (25% travel required)
• 1+ year experience in construction (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Background check required
