We are currently looking for a Construction Laborer to join our team in Dublin, OH! This position involves physical labor and the use of a variety of hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will possess basic construction skills, be capable of performing small jobs unassisted, be organized, and know how to effectively communicate with others while maintaining a positive attitude. This role is designed as a stepping stone toward a Construction Supervision position.

Responsibilities of the Construction Laborer

• Conduct oneself professionally as a company representative, demonstrating sound judgment and conduct.
• Complete assigned tasks while ensuring quality and quantity of work; uphold high standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of construction and safety measures.
• Apply good analysis, observation, and time management skills.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Role Requirements

• Effectively and professionally communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
• Meet physical requirements, such as climbing ladders and stairs; walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, twisting, and bending for extended periods.
• Lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain and organize tools, supplies, and company property.
• Knowledge of multi-family, 3-story, wood frame construction is a plus.
• Be punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time (overtime available).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
