Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in heavy civil construction and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in both office and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement activities.
• Support survey and layout operations.
• Assist safety professionals with safety initiatives and documentation.
• Read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Draft and prepare project submittals.
• Support foremen and superintendents with daily field operations.
• Learn and use industry software such as HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Primavera.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
