Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP is seeking qualified Resident Construction Inspectors to manage and inspect sewer and water pumping station construction projects in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area. You will perform on-site inspections, document contractor work, and coordinate testing and pay estimates with project teams.
The role requires an Associates degree in CM or CE with a BSCE preferred, and proven inspection experience on water/sewer facilities ($1M-$10M).

WRA is currently seeking qualified Resident Construction Inspectors (RCI's) for sewer and water pumping station facility construction projects in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area. The RCI is responsible for providing daily construction management and inspection services for pumping station facilities including new construction and rehabilitation or upgrades including mechanical, electrical and control systems and related yard piping and civil site improvements.

The expected hourly compensation range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
