AZAD Technology Partners is seeking a Construction Inspector to perform quality assurance inspections on projects across high voltage transmission, substation, fiber optic, telecommunication, and non-electric facilities. The role involves up to 95% travel and work in distant locations spanning OR, WA, ID, MT, CA and WY, with a 2+ year consultant position based on-site in Vancouver, WA.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and preferred degrees in Engineering/Architecture

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture or Building Inspection technology preferred.
• Relevant coursework in drafting, mathematics and construction technology preferred.
• With a degree, 5 yrs of construction-related experience required.
• Experience in Building Construction, Building Inspection and Site civil construction inspection.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1910.269 requirements.

Aufgaben

• Read and interpret Contracts, Construction Drawings and Specifications.
• Identify and assess safety standards and electrical principles in field.
• Perform inspections across site civil, transmission, substation, telecommunication, and non-electric facilities.
• Coordinate with field teams using inspector tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with grounding, load security and SPCC requirements.
