An established industry player is seeking dedicated Construction Inspectors to join their Transportation division across various locations in North Carolina. This role involves crucial responsibilities such as performing construction inspections, ensuring safety compliance, and preparing detailed reports. We have immediate needs for Construction Inspectors in the Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Pinehurst, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem, NC areas for our Transportation division. The successful candidates will support our current staff while assisting in growing the Construction Management and CEI practice to better serve our clients statewide.
The employee will typically be assigned to NCDOT or other roadway and bridge construction projects. Daily travel to project sites will be required. Candidates must work nights and weekends when needed. Overnight travel is not expected but may be necessary on a limited basis.
Candidates must hold a valid state driver's license, have a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50 pounds, traverse rough terrain, walk or stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of construction inspection experience.
Applicants must have or be able to acquire within 6 months the following NCDOT certifications at no cost:

$60,140.00 - $80,187.00
