Job Title: Construction Inspector

Support clients as part of our Construction Services team by acting as their trusted on-site agent throughout all phases of construction. Responsibilities include providing qualified construction managers, inspectors, constructability reviewers, schedulers, estimators, and safety experts. As new technologies evolve, innovative ideas are required to maintain and deliver successful construction projects.

Description

As a member of our Transportation Team, the Inspector will oversee construction projects to ensure conformance with all plans and specifications. Responsibilities include inspecting contractor methods and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards, particularly for roadway, bridge, and highway structure projects in North Carolina. Preference will be given to candidates with structural or bridge inspection experience.

Professional Requirements

• 0-5 years’ experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in construction inspection, specifically in bridge and/or highway projects
• NCDOT certifications

Compensation

Pay range is $22.00/hr to $31.00/hr, depending on education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
