We are looking for a Construction Inspector in the Downey, CA – Surrounding areas in LA

As a Construction Inspector, you'll oversee general construction and inspection projects, ensuring they meet client objectives for cost, quality, material usage, and safety.

What You’ll Do

You'll help with construction inspection reports, check daily production quantities from the contractor, and make on-the-spot decisions for their questions. You'll also provide details on potential change orders, monitor contractor work in subsurface conditions, update project workflows and documentation, and communicate timelines, deliverables, quality control, and any project concerns.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience working with cable television, telecommunications, or fiber-optic cables in an inspection capacity is preferred

The base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 annually. The specific amount within this range will be influenced by the work location and various factors, such as internal equity, professional skills, work experience, and pertinent education or training.

Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

May be eligible for discretionary benefits.
