Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Inspection Scheduler to coordinate and manage scheduling of field inspections across multiple construction projects. This role involves direct communication with clients, inspectors, project managers, and administrative staff to ensure timely inspections, efficient resource allocation, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain inspection schedules for multiple ongoing construction projects.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to confirm inspection appointments and availability.
- Assign inspectors to jobs based on location, certification, and availability.
- Update and maintain scheduling software, spreadsheets, and databases with current job and inspection details.
- Track the status of inspections and follow up to ensure timely completion and report delivery.
- Respond to urgent scheduling changes and reassignments in a calm and effective manner.
- Support inspectors with job details, directions, and documentation needs.
- Assist with compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to inspections and scheduling metrics.
- Provide administrative support to the inspection department as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, project coordination, or construction administration.
- Familiarity with construction processes and inspection types (e.g., concrete, fireproofing, structural steel) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and scheduling platforms (e.g., GoTo, Procore, or similar).
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Knowledge of special inspection requirements and terminology.
- Experience working with engineers, contractors, or testing agencies.
- Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish or other common local languages) are a plus.
