Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is hiring for a fast-paced customer service role at our Stone Mountain, GA plant. You will handle product inquiries, take customer orders, coordinate with Dispatch, and work with internal teams and vendors to support outside sales representatives.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or higher, sales experience in construction preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Some sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer calls and provide price quotations, product availability, customer orders, and returns.
• Generate quotes and sales orders in a timely manner.
• Refer to catalogs and guides to determine product uses.
• Provide support to outside sales force.
• Review job plans and bidding documents for quotes and summaries for outside sales.
• Investigate and follow up on customer inquiries and concerns.
