Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a customer service sales associate at our Stone Mountain plant in Georgia. You will answer product inquiries, process customer orders, and coordinate with Dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.

You will support outside sales and coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and provide accurate price quotations. Prior experience in construction sales is preferred, with strong Microsoft Office skills and teamwork ability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Some sales experience, preferably in construction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer product inquiries and take customer orders.
• Coordinate delivery with Dispatch and communicate with internal departments.
• Provide price quotations and generate sales orders promptly.
• Assist outside sales force and review plans for quotes.
