Gypsum Management and Supply is hiring an Inside Sales representative for Wildcat Materials - Columbia, 8501 East Trade Center Drive, Columbia, MO 65201. The role centers on building product knowledge for drywall, insulation, metal studs, ceiling systems, stucco, tools, and safety items while taking orders at the counter and over the phone.

You will cultivate customer relationships, enter orders in the company system, and collaborate with Outside Sales Reps to shape sales strategies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Ability to self-manage, take initiative, and comfortably meeting the public.
• Team player with attention to detail and good organization.

Responsabilidades

• Taking orders at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Building relationships with customers.
• Ability to use company computer system to enter orders.
• Complete sales orders and tender cash sales.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
• Overcome objections of prospective customers.
• Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
