You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance while partnering with leaders to grow a strong culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR-related field.
• 6+ years in progressive HR roles across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of benefits, recruiting, employee relations and performance management.
• Strong communication, credibility, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate benefits, compensation, reviews, and compliance programs.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding with managers.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data, support payroll processes.
• Coordinate training, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Strengthen associate engagement and culture through programs.
• Build partnerships with schools and community groups to support recruiting.
