Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a complex environment.
• Recent construction industry HR experience strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of construction HR experience.
• Ability to lead strategically and hands-on.
• Experience navigating organizational change, M&A, integration, or similar complexity.
• Proven ability to build HR processes and bring structure to evolving org.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR/Personnel function across the organization.
• Manage and develop the existing HR team.
• Build and implement scalable HR processes and structure.
• Establish HR as a trusted strategic partner to employees and leadership.
• Provide leadership through ongoing organizational and operational change.
• Build relationships across field and corporate teams.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations and workforce initiatives.
• Support integration and evolution of HR and payroll systems.
• Create consistency across the organization with a focus on employees.
• Travel to other Tennessee operations as needed.
