Pop-Up Talent is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a construction background to join our growing team in San Dimas, CA. You will be hands-on across all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and performance management.

This role requires a practical, multi-state aware professional who can maintain confidential records, run weekly payroll, administer benefits and 401(k), support employee relations, and help drive projects and reporting using Excel.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• At least 2+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and 401(k).
• Ability to work onsite in San Dimas, CA.

Responsabilités

• Support HR operations across a multi-state workforce.
• Recruit, onboard, and orient new employees.
• Process weekly multi-state payroll.
• Support employee relations and workplace concerns.
• Administer benefits and the company's 401(k) plan.
• Coordinate performance reviews and employee development.
• Help maintain compliance with employment laws, leave requirements, and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR data.
• Prepare reports and analyze information using Excel.
• Coordinate domestic and international business travel.
• Support additional HR projects and initiatives.
