Job Responsibilities

1. Assist management in purchasing materials and delivering them to job sites.
2. Set up jobs, keep the site organized, and break down at project end.
3. Perform basic punch list duties such as drywall patching, painting, resetting fixtures, etc.
4. Communicate progress and updates to management.
5. Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

• Basic knowledge of punch list tasks and building materials.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift objects over 50 lbs., and work in variable weather conditions.
• Valid NYS Driver's License.
• Must be 18 or older, punctual, and reliable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Additional Information

• Work authorization in the United States required.

Compensation

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
