Langan Engineering & Environmental Services in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Construction Health and Safety Project Manager to lead the health and safety practice through all project phases. The role includes managing technical staff, client relationships, and business development to deliver compliant safety programs across diverse projects.

You will oversee OSHA, NFPA, DHS compliance, conduct IH risk assessments, develop safety strategies, train site personnel, and support incident investigations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of safety program and project management experience.
• Professional certifications (CSP, ASP, CIH, CHST) preferred.
• ISO 14001/45001 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety programs and compliance across OSHA, NFPA, and DHS.
• Conduct industrial hygiene risk assessments for various operations.
• Develop IH programs and surveys.
• Lead safety trainings and regulatory reviews.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project budgets.
