Job summary

Impact MHC Management is seeking a Laborer/Groundman to support construction sites and perform general maintenance tasks. You will assist with all phases of excavation and site work, following Foreman/Supervisor directions and ensuring safety and quality on each project.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift heavy objects, and willingness to travel to project sites. Weekend and extended hours may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 5 years construction/jobsite maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and equipment.
• Safety procedures and workplace standards knowledge.
• Ability to operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of jobsite construction/excavation.
• Support general maintenance and labor tasks as required.
• Work with Foreman/Supervisor on daily tasks and expectations.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues on site.
• Perform safety and maintenance checks daily.
• Maintain daily records as necessary.
• Travel locally to various regions as projects dictate.
