Starting Pay: $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Bonus Structure: Work in a crew of three. Once you operate as a Lead Installer or Team Lead, you are eligible for bonuses. Our uncapped bonus structure rewards efficiency, increasing your earning potential.

High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members can earn up to $150,000 annually. There’s no cap, so your earnings grow with your success!

Job Duties:

• Perform in-home waterproofing, foundation, and concrete leveling solutions, leaving homeowners grateful and secure.
• Operate safely with provided training on tools and materials, prioritizing safety and health.
• Demonstrate dedication and a proven work ethic; disciplined individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Pre-employment screening, including motor vehicle record and background checks
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• Willingness to travel 15% of the time
• Must be at least 21 years old
