Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Standing continuously in one location for extended periods (up to 2-3 hours before breaks), often at fixed workstations on conveyor lines.
• Walking long distances on wet, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Climbing ladders, steps, stairwells, walkways, and platforms.
• Lifting, carrying, lowering, pushing, and pulling heavy or awkward objects, including loads up to 50 lbs and transport containers.
• Working in cold (20-45°F) or hot environments (>100°F), with frequent contact with animal fats.
• Using and maintaining personal protective equipment and sharp tools safely.
• Adopting static or awkward postures, including neck and spine flexion, and performing repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Handling various knives, tools, powered equipment, and motorized vehicles.
• Understanding and following oral and written instructions from supervisors.
