Responsibilities

• Oversee construction loan cost review and closing.
• Analyze budgets against funds and monitor for changes.
• Ensure disbursements align with budget and completion timing.
• Review loan documents to confirm underwriting and disbursement requirements.
• Coordinate with Relationship Manager, Borrower and Contractor for timely closings.
• Maintain internal records of disbursements and loan status.
• Provide monthly reporting on CRE construction projects in process.
