Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze budgets against sources and uses of funds to identify changes.
• Assess compliance with loan approval and documentation for disbursements.
• Review construction loan documents during underwriting, closing and disbursement.
• Attend meetings with RM, Borrower and GC to ensure timely closing and monitoring.
• Set up and maintain internal recordkeeping of disbursement and progress.
• Proactively monitor and document loan status.
• Review draw requests for completeness and accuracy including lien waivers.
• Monitor budget against bank records including interest reserves and contingencies.
• Coordinate third‑party inspections and timely disbursements.
• Ensure disbursement documents are assembled and maintained.
• Provide monthly reporting on all CRE construction projects in process.
