Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced construction Foreman for on-site leadership at Rogers, AR projects. You will supervise crews, manage subcontractors, and maintain schedules to keep work on time and within budget.

The role requires verifiable foreman experience, strong scheduling skills, and a proven safety record. You will generate daily reports, coordinate materials, hold weekly coordination meetings, and ensure quality in accordance with plans and specs.

Qualifications

• Must have verifiable work experience as a foreman.
• Able to understand schedules and keep projects on time and within budget by tracking variances and cost projections.
• Proven track record supervising and coordinating personnel including subcontractors and materials.
• Drug screen, physical and criminal background check required.

Responsabilités

• Organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of crews and subcontractors on construction projects.
• Determines work priorities and coordinates activities to keep the project on schedule.
• Oversees terms and conditions of construction contracts and ensures compliance.
