Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Foreman to lead a construction crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. You will supervise daily activities, enforce safety, read blueprints, manage equipment, and communicate with project managers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of supervisory construction experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of construction methods. OSHA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory construction experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a crew.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a construction crew.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct briefings and inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Manage equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Perform quality control to meet specs and standards.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on hours and progress.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
