Job summary

This role requires at least 5 years in foreman supervision, strong leadership and blueprint reading skills, OSHA 10/30 preferred, and willingness to work extended hours. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction foreman or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage construction crews effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations (OSHA 10/30 certification preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily construction operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Supervise and direct construction crews, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce site safety protocols, and promptly address hazards or incidents.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate project execution.
• Monitor and control project budgets, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and team members.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and other project documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
• Train and mentor junior crew members, fostering a skilled and productive workforce.
• Ensure the quality of work meets company standards and client expectations.
