Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation seeks a Foreman to lead and supervise a construction crew, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

You will read and interpret blueprints and project plans, manage equipment and materials, and communicate with project managers and engineers to address issues and progress. A strong focus on safety, training, and daily reporting is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory role within construction.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a crew.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and safety procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a construction crew, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures; conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans for accurate execution.
• Manage and track equipment, materials, and supplies; ensure proper use and maintenance.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders on project status and issues.
