Job summary

Blue Streak is seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to lead field crews on telecom utility projects. You will oversee all phases of underground construction, ensure safety, and coordinate trade teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with trenching, backhoes, dozers, and other equipment, plus the ability to train crew members and troubleshoot in outdoor environments. This is a full-time on-site position in Salina, KS.

Qualifications

• DL is required.
• Experience in underground utility construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment and field operations.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining utility construction projects.
• Work in outdoor environments, including trenches and underground sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues.
• Train crew members on the safe and effective use of tools and equipment.
• Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, air compressors, hydraulic reel trailers, and more.
• Ensure proper setup and execution of all phases of job-site activity.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Ensure proper setup and execution of all phases of job-site activity
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and project specifications
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements
