Responsibilities

• Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining utility construction projects.
• Work in outdoor environments, including trenches and underground sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues.
• Train crew members on safe and effective tool usage.
• Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, air compressors, and hydraulic reel trailers.
• Ensure proper setup and execution of all phases of job-site activity.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the field
• Train crew members on the safe and effective use of tools and equipment

Requirements

• Valid DL (Driver License)
• Experience in underground utility construction
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment and field operations
