Job summary

Kiewit Water Facilities South is seeking a Finance Supervisor in Westlake, TX. You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for large-scale construction projects, partnering with project and district management to drive financial success.

You will mentor junior analysts, improve processes, and ensure GAAP adherence while collaborating with operations teams to enhance financial performance and project cash flows.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of accounting or financial/data analysis experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and project accounting experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning & analysis for large construction projects; forecast, budget, and report.
• Partner with project management to drive financial performance and manage risks.
• Oversee transactional processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare invoicing, AR, and cash flow projections monthly.
• Review prime contracts and change orders including terms and labor laws.
• Support audits and enforce internal controls; drive month-end closes.
