The role involves assisting in construction across framing, electrical, plumbing, finish work, roofing, and modular assembly, with opportunities to cross-train across departments and learn multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or modular construction is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints or construction drawings preferred.
• Comfortable working with tools and production equipment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented attitude with attention to safety.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and assembly of commercial modular buildings
• Perform work related to framing, electrical, plumbing, interior finish, exterior finish, roofing, or general assembly
• Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and build specifications
• Install construction materials, fixtures, components, and systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments and trade teams
