Job summary

RXR Realty LLC, based in New York, is seeking an FP&A Coordinator for Construction Services to support financial planning, reporting, and operational effectiveness across projects. This role works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, efficient project setup and closeout, and continuous improvement of project management processes.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can balance financial analysis with operational support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, construction management, architecture, and / or engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction management, construction accounting, design, or owner's representative roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end close process and prepare analyses for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Track and analyze KPIs, metrics, and financial data across business segments to support decision-making.
• Assist with development, tracking, and analysis of the Annual Business Plan.
• Support RXR reporting requirements and special financial initiatives.
• Oversee supervisory fee tracking and reporting.
• Provide ongoing support for project management financial systems and workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements within project management operations.
• Create prime contracts and assist with project setups in coordination with project teams.
• Assist with insurance compliance and manage project closeout processes for financial reconciliation and permit closure.
• Support leaders across Design, Preconstruction, and Operations and assist marketing, website, and business development efforts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, construction management, architecture, and / or engineering or related discipline
