Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in construction accounting with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in construction accounting software, strong analytical abilities, and knowledge of GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze job costs; maintain WIP schedules.
• Monitor project expenses, manage cash flow, and forecast financial needs.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and GL.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, insurance requirements, and contract terms.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and executives to review profitability.
