Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources is seeking an experienced finance leader to join a growing real estate development firm in Florida. You will oversee the accounting and finance department and ensure accurate, timely reporting for multiple projects.

The role requires supervision of staff, project accounting, and strong internal controls to support growth and compliance. A bachelor's in accounting/finance is required; a master's or CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (masters/CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with large ERP system preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable/receivables clerks and senior/staff accountants
• Percentage of completion
• Oversee project accounting
• Prepare financial reports
