Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks a Project Accountant to manage owner pay applications, subcontractor payments, and monthly cost reports for high‑dollar civil projects in the United States. You will lead contract administration, change orders, and financial forecasting.

The role requires a bachelor's in a business-related field and strong Excel skills; familiarity with SAP, Textura, or Coupa is a plus. Expect a demanding, fast-paced environment with long hours during critical milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Careful attention to detail and reliability of output.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Compiling owner pay applications.
• Internal audit finding resolution.
• Subcontractor requisition and accounts payable processing.
• Consumable materials purchasing and equipment inventory monitoring.
• Assist with project setup, closeout, and owner contract review and readiness.
• Lien waiver and insurance administration.
• Support the monthly project financial forecast.
• Prepare monthly cost reports.
• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining project priorities and issues.
