Job summary

Western Digital is seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to support our capital construction program. You will be the financial and contractual backbone of the project delivery team, handling cost tracking, contract administration, procurement coordination, and compliance across a portfolio of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction management, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in construction contracts management or owner-side role.
• Proficient with Oracle ERP or comparable system.
• Strong Excel-based financial modeling and reporting skills.
• Understanding of CIP, accruals, job costing, and procurement workflows.
• Experience with lien waivers, insurance compliance, and contract payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile monthly job cost reports; maintain project budgets and cash flow models.
• Coordinate contract change orders, PO commitments, and records in Oracle ERP.
• Review contracts, SOWs, and amendments for financial risk before execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and close-out documentation.
• Act as liaison between Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Project Management on cost and contract issues.
