Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience for Analyst I.
• Strong Excel skills and financial reporting ability.
• Familiarity with project accounting and cost-to-complete processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly cost-to-complete reviews and reporting.
• Track backlog revenue and expected margins.
• Support profit fade analysis and variance reporting.
• Prepare job cost entries and GL adjustments.
• Assist with WIP, project forecasting, and dashboards.
• Learn company financial systems and reporting standards.
