Job summary

Equix in Fond du Lac, WI seeks a Financial Analyst to support financial decision making, monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across business units.

You will develop revenue and expenditure forecasts, analyze project costs, and prepare management reports using Excel and PowerPoint. A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 1–3 years of construction industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the construction industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Detail orientation with strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Viewpoint Vista ERP or related financial systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• GAAP and construction-specific financial practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and manipulating flexible financial models.
• Collaborate with Director of Financial Analysis & Planning on contract terms and project costs.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Forecast quarterly and annual profits, revenue, and expenses.
• Track KPIs and provide insights into financial trends and opportunities.
