Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Arlington is seeking a Senior Associate in Construction Finance to support liquidity management and integration of project data into corporate planning. You will oversee term loan disbursements, GAAP accruals, and forward-looking analyses to guide major capital projects.

The role offers high visibility, collaboration with senior leadership, and opportunities to shape reporting deliverables for a newly formed function. Travel to site or Houston may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in finance, project finance, FP&A, accounting, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
• Experience with GAAP and financial statement mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Project Financing & Liquidity Management: manage loan disbursements, submissions, and covenant compliance.
• Accounting & Financial Integrity: translate project data into GAAP accruals and ensure auditable reports.
• FP&A Integration & Forecasting: integrate projects into budgets/forecasts and build cash flow models.
• Risk & Cost Management: develop cost forecasts and analyze contingency usage.
• Team Build-Out & Deliverables: design core reporting for a new function and connect data with finance systems.
