Job summary

Austin Industries, one of the nation’s largest construction companies, is seeking an Accountant II in Dallas, Texas. You will assist and sometimes lead the accounting/finance team to provide accurate financial records for the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Master’s degree or CPA candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes month-end activities including journal entries, reconciliations and SG&A analysis.
• Prepares periodic reports and financial statements.
• Assists departments with budgets, forecasts and projections.
• Supports internal and external audits.
• Interacts with jobsites and regional offices to align with company goals.
