Job summary

MAAKIL Group Ltd is seeking detail‑oriented field technicians to support construction projects across northwest Ohio. Travel to multiple job sites and learn on the job, with willingness to adapt to travel as needed.

The role involves assisting in soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate testing, plus observing project progress per supervisor. Candidates should be able to work independently or on a team and hold relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction preferred
• Ability to work well on a team or independently
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities quickly
• Flexibility to modify schedule to meet deadlines
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hold ACI and ODOT Asphalt Level 1/2/3 certificates
• Good driving record
• Must be 21 or over to apply
