Job summary

Konik is seeking a Field Project Manager for commercial construction work across the Midwest and nationally. The role focuses on field leadership, coordination among customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, and ensuring field execution aligns with project goals.

The ideal candidate has strong field experience, can read drawings, and is willing to travel for major projects, including stadiums, airports, healthcare facilities, and other high-profile builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field representative for assigned projects.
• Provide daily jobsite support and coordination among stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve field issues and remove roadblocks.
• Monitor progress, schedule impacts, quality, and field execution.
• Coordinate with project managers to align field activities with requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Attend jobsite meetings and provide progress updates.
• Review plans and site conditions to identify potential issues.
• Support material, manpower, logistics, and installation coordination.
• Maintain field documentation and project updates.
• Travel regularly to support projects across markets.
