Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a seasoned project supervisor to lead craft teams on a major project across Reston, VA, Knoxville, TN and Oak Ridge, TN. You will direct craft activities, manage schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver work on time and within budget.

You will supervise up to 25 crafts, ensure the latest design documents are used, and enforce safety and quality standards. You’ll work with Construction Field Engineers, foremen and craft professionals to interpret

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supervising craft professionals and coordinating subcontract work on large projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering design documents and ensure compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities

• Leadership / Supervision: Direct craft activities and supervise craft professionals.
• Planning / Productivity: Determine workforce requirements and coordinate operational plans.
• Tools, Materials & Equipment: Manage tools and materials, ensure productive resources.
• Safety & Quality: Ensure design documents are current and work meets specs, safety standards.
• Technical: Coordinate engineering solutions with subcontractors and field teams.
