Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of direct field scheduling experience.
• Associate’s degree in construction management, logistics or business related field; bachelors preferred.
• Thorough understanding of standard construction scheduling procedures and practices.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple work assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to use computers and office productivity software.
• Planning, organizing, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to be an effective team member and handle projects responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field projects after coordinating with internal and external departments.
• Ensure field crews have adequate work and report irregular performance to supervision.
• Monitor field performance for management reports (productivity, utilization, overtime, travel time).
• Allocate field activities to crews, including travel time, emergency work, and equipment rentals.
• Adjust crew schedules in real time for resource changes or conditions.
• Work with Operations and HR to track new hires and ensure documentation.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on job-specific materials.
• Handle inbound emergency field assignments and route to the right team.
• Collaborate with service managers, office staff, technicians, customers, and stakeholders to schedule and complete work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
