Job summary

Spire Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Field Operations to oversee and coordinate field operations in Missouri. The role supports Administrators of Field Operations and guides construction, maintenance, and pipeline work while ensuring safety and alignment with company policies.

The incumbent will supervise up to 30 contract employees, collaborate with contractors and municipalities, and drive health and safety initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

• 2 years of field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures and OQ requirements.
• Knowledge of human resources, collective bargaining agreements and personnel procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate shared equipment and resources.
• Coordinate and oversee plans to attain departmental goals.
• Review jobs, check blueprints, visit sites, prioritize tasks and ensure materials/equipment are available.
• Meet contractors/municipalities and schedule start dates.
• Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient completion.
• Assist in preparing the department's business plan and safety activities.
