• Plans visits to accounts in the territory and develops product recommendations for orders.
• Attends meetings and industry events to represent Amrize and support sales goals.
• Develops and delivers sales materials with marketing colleagues as needed.
• Monitors account service quality and resolves client concerns.
• Prepares status reports on territory activity, events, and performance goals.
• Addresses customer inquiries and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
