SICE is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support field operations in South Florida. This full-time role in Deerfield Beach involves inspections, training, audits, and coaching across infrastructure and transportation projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction safety, strong regulatory knowledge, and a willingness to obtain CHST within two years. Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in construction health and safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Safety preferred but not required.
• Willingness to pursue CHST within two years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct site inspections and document conditions using safety software.
• Coordinate safety meetings and pre-construction safety planning with subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and state regulations across projects.
