Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Safety Coordinator to support the implementation and daily administration of safety programs across projects, branches, and field activities. You will work with field leadership, project teams, and safety leaders to promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.

You will assist with field inspections, incident reporting, training, onboarding, audits, and documentation to maintain a safe and compliant work environment while advancing continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or coursework in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and administration of company safety programs, policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives across assigned operations and projects.
• Conduct routine field inspections, safety observations, audits, and jobsite reviews to identify hazards and support corrective action efforts.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, corrective action tracking, and maintenance of required compliance documentation and records.
• Coordinate and support employee safety orientations, toolbox talks, training sessions, workforce communication efforts, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, customer requirements, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
• Partner with field leadership, project teams, and subcontractors to promote workforce engagement, hazard awareness, and accountability throughout operations.
