Identify and utilize sources to recruit internal and external personnel.
Source, screen, and hire field employees for roofing and waterproofing operations.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for Roofing, Waterproofing, and Sheet metal roles.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews and assessments.
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
Maintain recruiting metrics, hiring reports, and candidate tracking.
Partner with Superintendents and Operations Leadership on staffing needs.
Represent the company at hiring events and community outreach programs.
