Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, construction management, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, logistics, or field service environments.
• Ability and willingness to travel to other Chamberlin markets to support recruiting needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for field roles.
• Source, screen, and hire Roofing/Waterproofing technicians and foremen.
• Build active candidate pipelines for roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal roles; manage full-cycle recruiting.
• Represent Chamberlin at hiring events, job fairs, and school partnerships to promote careers.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR and operations to ensure smooth new-hire integration.
